I toured several places that [name removed] at "A Place for Mom" had recommended based on my clients needs & budget. This was a hard decision for my client to give up his independance & home. The minuted we walked in the door we were greeted by the receptionist. Their was a Welcome Sign encased in a picture frame with our names on it, class act! CriticalWe just did a brief tour of the facility but the prices were higher than what my mom can afford. She would be in the assisted living portion and needs a lot of assistance getting in/out of her wheelchair to the sofa, shower, toilet. This, of course, means she pays more for her level of assistance and we expected that. But their base cost was also higher than she can afford.
