Great communication throughout the process. We chose this community because the executive director was extremely kind and welcoming, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and they offer three daily meals in a restaurant-style dining setting. They also provide transportation to doctor's appointments, a Life Alert necklace, and in-room emergency alert systems, giving us added peace of mind.

The AC has been having sporadic outages for the past year. Not surprisingly the hottest time of the year. Like tonight 7/28/2026, second day it’s been out. Tomorrow the temps will be in the 90s. They pass out fans to the residents and if you really complain, you might get another fan for the bedroom and if you complain some more, you might get on the waiting list for a window ac unit. No urgency and no concern for my dad who is 92!! Management is nowhere to be found! The staff are trying to deal with this. I feel b…
