PositiveOrmond In The Pines was very nice, but it's not where I want to live. Nevertheless, it was very good, informative, and helpful. The community was just fine, but I like it. There wasn't anything special that stood out. It was just a nice community. It was good and open. The staff was excellent. The facilities were clean and well-organized.

PositiveThe tour at Ormond In The Pines was really good. We didn't have any problems. It was really nice. We liked the facility a lot. The only problem was that it was private. They don't accept Medicaid long-term care. The rooms were nice, clean, and had a lot of storage. The staff was really nice and answered all the questions I had. The dining area was nice and big. It looked very comfortable. We did not try the food, but they did invite us back to try it if we wanted. They have a salon, a pool, a puzzle room,…

PositiveThe staff at OITP is so thoughtful and caring. They are always accommodating for my parents needs or with anything we ask of them. The executive staff are always pitching in to serve meals if need be or even escort residents to meals if there is any confusion on the part of the resident. Basically whatever needs to be done they will jump in and do. Very friendly place. The employees and the residents are friendly and usually have a smile on their faces. It is a comfort knowing my parents are there because they are…

PositiveOrmond In The Pines is a nice one. It's beautiful. They have all three levels of care with several kitchens, several nice dining room areas, a playroom, a gym, and a pool. The personnel was very friendly. The guests that I spoke with were really nice. It's clean. They have different activities going on every day, including weekends. They do a weekend trip or something like that, so it's well worth going to if you can afford it. They showed me a one-bedroom. You can bring your own toaster oven, air fr…

PositiveOur overall experience was a 4. However, my father-in-law's stay there was quite short. Our rating is mostly based on our staff interaction, as we were not exposed much to activities, dining, etc. They worked hard with us to receive him quickly, and the communication was always timely. When he left, they refunded us without any difficulty.

PositiveWe toured Ormond In The Pines. I liked pretty much everything. I liked the people. The person who took us on the tour, showed us around, and told us all the information was very knowledgeable. He was fun to work with, and he was great. The layout was a little challenging. You'd have to know it because it was very spread out. But I guess once you're there for a month or two, you can figure out where everything is. But other than that, it was fine. The building was fine. They were updating a lot of the room…
