My mother moved into Our House Senior Living - Whitewater Memory Care. The staff is all very, very nice. It has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It's quite a small place; I think the maximum number of residents is 20. They do home cooking there. The staff members cook in kind of an open-concept kitchen dining room. Daily, they do activities, like arts and crafts, and bingo.

The experience with Our House Senior Living is fine so far, the place seems ok. My parents are currently there. The staff seems very nice. They have a patio, but it's been too cold to use it. We haven't tried the food, but it looks good when they eat it. In terms of activities, they're not doing much right now, because of COVID. It's a very small place. My mother moved there not too long ago. It is a very friendly, clean and calm atmosphere. The staff are pleasant and has made my mother feel at home. I have received photos and a video of my mom in an activity with staff and with one of the residents. Our family is grateful for the care she is receiving.

I really liked this place. The tour director was very helpful.

Mom's Care at Night

I have been very happy with this service. I liked that staff that was able to get me a caretaker for the needs for my mom. The care taken did not mind coming far for the assistance that we needed.The care taken was needed only at night. We liked that she willing to help with medication.I would recommend this service and the caretakers for help at home for a loved one.
