The short time we were there it was phenomenal. Our Lady of Mercy County home is truly a home not a facility. The people there care for your loved one and do whatever it takes to make them feel comfortable. The feeling there was amazing and the ability to attend mass or get a blessing from a priest, for your loved one, no matter what hour, was truly special and appreciated. My Father in Law really loves living at Lady of Mercy. We have noticed a positive change in his attitude and health since he moved in. He is receiving needed health care services at the facility and if we need to schedule any appointments out of the facility, the transportation provided has been very convenient for us since he is wheelchair dependent. Mom does not care for the food. It is very bland with no real choices and a lot of sandwiches are given for meals. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Facility is old but well kept. There also needs to be an ice machine on the floors for the residents.

Kind and Friendly

They were always willing to help at Our Lady of Mercy. They did offer several activities, but my dad did not want to participate in most of them. The ones he did participate in, he liked. Dad passed away, but they were very good to him and he loved it there.
