I'm at Overlook at Plum Creek. It's cute and nice. I'm very happy. I found a really nice place, and I'm very grateful. The problem is there is too many old people around here. I have a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. It has wood floors. The kitchen is small, but you make do. I have a carport. I prepare my own food. I think everybody here is super sweet and super kind. I am currently living in The Overlook at Plum Creek. I'm not happy here because since we had water damage to the complete apartment we were in, back in February, which was on the second floor. They moved us into a single-story building that they call cottages. There are five apartments per building, they had to relocate us into this. I would say the apartment's okay. We've done apartment living since, but the activities here are very few, mostly due to covid. They're opening some activities ever…

7 years experience dealing with the Overlook at Plum Creek. The office staff are rude and deceitful staff. Maintenance is virtually non-existent. Don’t do it.

Complaint

Well I am going to tell it the way I see it. I’m an elderly tenant and basically I live here to be close to family. I’m now being told that there will be a rent increase of which I was expecting but not a 150.00 increase. With it raise 50,00 last year. This place has nothing to offer but roof over your head and you can rarely get anyone to answer phone or in office. For the price they are going to charge you can live elsewhere and not deal with a bunch of gossiping old ladies who have nothing better to do. Better c…

What a shame that such a nice place has such a rude person working in the office. If you encounter [Name removed], hang up and call back. Things were so much better when [Name removed] was there. I am so glad that I have decided to place my family member somewhere else..and yes this has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH CUSTOMER SERIVCE. If this person can be rude repeatedly over the phone, than how to I expect her to treat my parent? Beautiful complex...crappy staff!!

Care is always kind of expensive, but it's not too bad and the caregivers here all seem really friendly. One of the main reasons we chose Comfort care was because when they came for their initial assessment; they addressed my mother directly instead of just talking to us with my mom in the background. We really appreciated that they went directly to her with their plan of action and questions. It's been a few months now and she raves about her caregiver and how she always looks forward to seeing her.
