A loved one lived in this facility and the care was horrible! I would not recommend this facility. Overworked and understaffed caregivivers did not seemed well trained. What you are promised prior to signing the lease mostly does not happen. When you bring up concernerns to the Directors you are told they will be handled but are not. Medication was left in my loved ones room, wrong medication given and medications not given at all for a majority of time. There are must better facilities do your research and find th…

I recently moved a family oit of their Memory Care due to very poor care. Their were numerous medication errors in addition to unexplained injuries that could not be explained. Even after bringing concerns up to the higher up people mistakes continued. Some staff were very nice, but they did not seemed trained in Dementia caegiving. And the staff to resident ration is low. For all these reasons I could not recommend this facility.

Home Sweet Home

My sister has been here about 6 1/2 months and continues to love it there. It is a very warm, heart-warming environment, with an immediate feeling of welcome when entering. Everywhere I walk, I feel a feeling of cleanliness. There are smiles and acknowledgement every time I go to visit my sister, from staff and residents. My sister feels very well cared for. I would recommend our families experience

My only criticism is the food wasn't that good. My father was in memory care and for him it was hard to eat. The staff was awesome and very helpful but there were few activities so a lot of time to do nothing.

I recently toured the community, Rancho Penasquitos is a lovely bright and inviting community I toured with [Name Removed] she was delightful. She was a wealth of information and unlike other communities I did not feel like I was buying a used car. We had lunch with a wonderful group of residents that had a lot of the same interest as my mom. I am so happy. We walked out knowing we made the right choice.
