★★★★★
PositiveParadise shuttle is not very easy to book a ride for appointments, my mother does not like the food, but she's picky. Also the salespeople told us things that were not true, which put mom into a state of unease for the first bit of her stay. The staff are friendly and great at what they do

Positive[name removed] was the tour guide, and she was very knowledgeable. Due to the size of the community, we did not tour every section; however, I got a general overview. The community is large; I noticed the residents were happy and comfortable in Paradise Village, a great location.

CriticalMy mom likes the food and is gaining weight. They put up with her terrible attitude pretty well. It seems well staffed but half of them are hiding out in the staff break room socializing everytime I visit. There seems to be no main point of contact if you have issues or need updates, you are relying on whoever happens to be working the front desk to relay messages to whoever is working on the floor that day.
★★★★★
PositiveI would give Paradise Village a 5 stars. The apartments are very spacious, the maintenance crew is extremely efficient and friendly. Very clean environment. Food is fresh and really good. General staff is very friendly and helpful. Activities
★★★★★
