PositiveHelpful Staff and nice to have people around but great that Paramount is small.
The apartment size is perfect for 1 person! Lots of light with 2 large windows. My brother really likes the food and they are attentive. Staff seem knowledgeable and helpful. His clothes get washed and returned. Always clean and bed is made when I am there.

The staff is very attentive to my aunt's needs, checking on her often and responding in a timely manner to her pushing the call button. Even the executive director visits with her on occasion to make sure her needs are being met, and he has asked me on more than one occasion what else they might do to improve the environment for the residents. He is a very considerate man. She very much enjoys the meals, often telling me that the food is delicious.

There was some of the staff I liked very much. There were a few I got very frustrated and went to management about. I heard alot about the award on the front desk. My mom was not in a good place from the beginning and I feel they should have recommended hospice be called in much sooner. She died the day after hospice came in. There were signs I was not aware of that she was getting close to passing. She went to the hospital one day in the morning and I was not notified by Paramount until like 4 PM just a guess at t…

I would give Paramount 5 for each although my father wasn't really able to enjoy the activities so much but I know that they had good things for the residents. I also enjoyed the food. I would join my father in the dining room for meals from time to time. I just think that they really care about the residents and want to give them the best care.
