PositiveI toured Park Heights Place. I loved it, but it was out of my price range. It's $1,300 for a one-bedroom, but it was advertised for, I think, starting at $800 a month. It was beautiful because it's brand new, but they don't have a lot of availability. The staff was very nice. They had a computer area and exercise equipment.

CriticalThe building is older and I'm concerned about the rent going up each year. Depending on what you're looking for this could work for you but it wouldn't be my first choice
