A Place to Call Home

Overall, this is a place to call home. The staff is excellent, caring, compassionate, and the best. They always have activities and keep the residents involved. The food is most excellent. They have a cook from Louisiana, and she is the best! The cleaning staff is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and laid out well. Overall, it has been an excellent experience.

Mom's last home.

The staff was always kind to my mother and helped her when she needed it. It's a tough job, but I thought they did a good one. They always listen to my concerns and would either adjust something or explain why a situation was what it was. I don't have specifics, but I checked in most days to see how things were going. I thought the food was good, although some could get picky. Only suggestion is that the food sometimes is so hard for the people with teeth problems to eat... like rolls and certain meat. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, this place is fabulous with a staff that cares so much!!! They have been so Excellent for my dad, it doesn't get any better!! Perfect!!!!! The rooms are beautiful.

My Mom's New Place

The staff is helpful, friendly and listens to my concerns and suggestions. The food is very good, a nice variety of menu and substitutions when needed for my mother's needs. They are very attentive, but I have an issue sometimes with the medical system there. All in all, I'm very pleased with our choice of Parkside Manor
