The apartment has been wonderful for them. I think the place is plenty big enough for two people and it helped for the move because they knew going in they could only bring up a certain amount of the clutter they had accumulated over 25 years in their house. There are a lot of restaurants and there is a Walmart and Costco near them, so that has been great too. I think the only issue they've had was the oven wasn't baking evenly, they submitted a maintenance request and it was handled very quickly. I think they love…

My Mom is very happy there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. The few problems I have is the increase each year. It's getting quite expensive for my Mom who is on Social Security. Also, I wish they had more activities for the elderly.

The apartments do not have a dishwasher. It's a lot to wash dishes 2-3 times everyday. I love to grill and there is not a convenient place to do that. There is a grill near the north building but that is too far to go carrying everything you need. These may seem petty but I've heard several residents complain about the same thing. Also the air conditioner only cools off the living room. The air does not cover the bedrooms.

At this time it's great! It is very nice so far, I am enjoying the people too. They are handicap friendly also. Apt small but good for me. The staff are great. I referred a coworker here, she will move in June 1st..and I will get 250.00 hopefully for that. I really like it here. I appreciate the staff and people here.

Parkside of Livonia was very impressive. It was clean. The people working in the office were excellent. The big deal was that it's three stories, and to be honest my wife was very paranoid after we got to the third floor, and she was wondering about how to get out if the elevators weren't working that well.
