It's a beautiful facility. Absolutely no smells which is a big deal for me. Spacious hallways. Not just the standard size. So neat and tidy. What I didn't like, nor do I know if this is standard for all these assisted living facilities is the "community fee" that is required to be paid before signing papers. It's like they waited until the very last moment to tell me. The facility is in very good condition, both interior and exterior. The landscaping loooks very good, including the interior courtyard. All the staff are friendly, open to questions and suggestions. The staff is great, they're very friendly & give updates on your loved ones (he's in assistant living). The food use to be better in the beginning but then I've heard they've been through several different cooks. The place is clean & well kept. They even have a support group I am a part of. I love all the activities, movies, & outings they do. I was a little disappointed & surprised that the rent went up $550 in just 6 months of dad living there. And they said it'll go up every year.
