CriticalThe food was way too salty and no vegetables were served. Not healthy eating. No 4oz containers of any kind of milk was offered. I received a carbonated soda for a drink. No water was ever at the night stand. Really bad form. No wonder people are constipated here! This is sub par for the elderly population.
★★★★★
CriticalTheir PT is non existent, they ignore their skilled nursing patients, they do not wash or otherwise provide personal care. Patient who was an active person before coming here, did not receive proper PT and kept in bed for entire day. Please look for another place

Horrible staff, doctors trying to give unneeded meds, no checking patients who could be dead in there rooms for hours. So disappointed.

Very poorly run and I w…
