Want to say rated cleanliness lower because we had to request clean-ups when we visited more than once. Rated value lower because for all the money charged it was up to family to provide own toilet paper, laundry detergent, incontinence pads and more.

The staff was great, with dad having the ostomy he was always soiling the bed and they were right on it,, for the money I think it was a great place. Everyone there was so attentive to detail, and all the staff made you feel like family.

They went out of there way to help my loved one, with ostomy care. They were very attentive. It was an awesome place. My loved one semed to like the food. They had a regular calendar with events. I feel that Pine Brook Pointe is a safe and friendly environment where you could be assured that your loved one is very well cared for. They have a big courtyard, so some of their activities include off-site outings, or activities hosted outside. They have musical guests/live performances, arts & crafts, games, and baking - they do a lot of things. My mom is on the memory care side and I haven't been in all the rooms, but hers comes with a little kitchenette - which includes a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave. S…
