My mom moved to Pinebrook a few months ago and the staff and residents couldn’t have been more welcoming! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, making sure she had someone to dine with and join activities. They have a lot of different things to encourage neighbors to get to know each other and fun outings. Last week they went downtown to see BLINK!

Beautiful rooms with an excellent bathroom with lots of room to move. The dining rooms are lovely and the food is well prepared and they always have an excellent selection. The aides are friendly, patient, compassionate, and helpful. Lots of activities for everyone. A truly great facility. The residents are friendly and enjoy "hanging out" together. If one chooses to stay more private, that is OK. I would highly recommend Pinebrook.

Visually, Pinebrook of Milford was my favorite. I liked the artwork they had in the building. I realized it was important to me that I like how it's decorated. It looked lovely. They had a theater, an additional gathering room, an arts and crafts room, and a courtyard. The staff was very friendly and very approachable. They were the friendliest of all the places I visited. I just met the sales staff, pretty much all the people we've walked along the hall. I didn't meet any aides or anything like that…

I don't have much experience when it comes to elder care facilities, but the place was relatively new, it was quiet, it didn't smell bad, and seemed clean. It was also important that she had her own private bathroom attached to her private room that was just for her.
