Pines at Bluffton

Went downhill

The Pines was very good when she started there but went downhill. I would not recommend it now. We removed her a month ago and she is now deceased.

My mom is doing great there and the staff and nurses are very helpful and caring.

A nice place

This community is a cute little place. A smaller community, great location, beautiful front porch. It's just breathtaking. My loved one feels so comfortable here. The staff are nice, pleasant, communicative, and easy to talk to. They're excellent. Everyone here is great, including the other residents. Communication with the family is excellent as well. The food is good, but the variety seems to be a bit limited. Housekeeping is done daily and they do a great job. I would absolutely recommend this facility to friend…

Pines at Bluffton Review

The staff was usually great, they were always very nice to me when I was there. They were willing to help when I asked for things. The food was not good at all for the amount of money that we were paying. My loved one did not eat a lot times because of how bad it was. It also was not very clean sometimes when I was there and had an odor.

We did not have the best tour experience. The atmosphere was depressing and when you walk in it just has that typical nursing home feel and smell to it. They were also going through renovations at the time of our tour.

This community was being renovated and it was too far away from where we wanted our loved one to be located.
