We went to Primrose Retirement Community of Lancaster yesterday, and we liked it. The rooms were exceptionally big and nice for the unassisted. They have a lot of activities that I had never seen in any place as far as having an ice cream shop and an exercise room. They have a free pub that you could go to in the building. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My wife is in Primrose Memory Care of Lancaster. It's a great facility. The staff is great, too. My wife is adjusting to them well. They are 100% devoted to the memory care patients. They have numerous activities. I feel the cost is exorbitant, and without insurance or other kinds of assistance, very few patients can afford to go there. However, being a separate unit with excellent staff is the reason I chose them.

I was not satisfied with Primrose Retirement Community of Lancaster. They lack a lot. There wasn't enough time spent with the people. There's no activities. It's like a money making thing. They aren't helping those people. That's why we moved my wife, because they weren't doing their job. All they wanted to do was send her off to the hospital. Primrose Retirement Community of Lancaster was a five-star facility. It was very nice. It had everything anyone could possibly want. What stood out was the cleanliness and all of the different things to do. They had a bar, an ice cream parlor, activities, and a movie theater. They had assisted living and independent living. The staff was very professional.

Primrose Retirement Community of Lancaster does everything for us. They clean our rooms and serve our meals, we don't have to do anything. In fact, we have to look for something to do. It's an excellent community. We have a 2-bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchen where we can prepare our own meals. We can go down to the dining room, and can also choose to order meals to our room. The food is very good and we eat most of our meals in the dining room. We enjoy watching television and eating, it…
