Really starting to feel some kinda way about the management of this facility. Please do your research for finding a good place of residence for your loved ones.

There are wonderful systems, processes and support in place to help with everything such as arranging delivery of medicine, toiletries, treatment plans, etc. They have a wealth of activities unfortunately, many are on hold right now due to the pandemic.
