PositiveI have had my Mom at Ravenna for approximately 5 months. I am grateful for Ravenna for helping me with my mom. She has dementia, and she could not take care of herself anymore. She has become a part of Ravenna and enjoys more than anything the activities. It keeps her mind working, and she likes to be social. I appreciate all things offered for my mom, the Bible study, the get togethers, the bingo! She participates with everything and I am happy she can still feel social with anyone. PositiveThey always seem to be short on staff. If I didn't visit mom every day to oversee her care, I feel she would not be looked after as much as she is. Mom has dementia and wouldn't be able to remember to tell me of any shortcomings in her care.

PositiveThe best place for our dad. They were kind and helpful. They treat everyone as family. Showing love and respect. If you needed anything they would do it or let you know what they could do. Always smiling and showing kindness. My dad love everyone there. After looking everywhere, this was the best.

CriticalThis place is horrible. Please don’t let your love one’s be here. The staff is rude! It smells like pee. They do not take care of your loved ones. The staff doesn’t check in on the people there. The staff let patient’s stay in their beds all day and for weeks without getting them up. When family members ask questions they treat you as your a bother and have no right to ask. No doctor on staff like say. Food is cold and awful. Can’t do repairs In timely fashion. They had no hot water for month!! I have nothing good …
