Beautiful facility!

My parents live here so we came to visit. It is such a beautiful place! It’s well maintained, the food is delicious and the residents are so friendly. We went for walks every morning outside in the front, and the grounds are so well maintained and beautiful. All the staff has been very kind and helpful as well.

Overall experience: less than 1 Corporate assistance is derogatory. All problems from day one revolved around the issues of lack of support in the field. Day one: computer system was down and after signing on line copy was not available. Requested change of selected apartment but, of course, system was down. "Call back Monday" Monday; representative from Saturday ( day 1) was not available. She was just filling in because assigned manager was out. She would call back upon her return. We have been residents of Red Rock Pointe for almost 4 years. We are very happy and comfortable with the lifestyle that we are enjoying here. We have a wonderful staff and there is always fun activities provided to take advantage of.

The people at Red Rock Pointe Retirement Community are very nice. I didn't see that much in the community. The residents were all sitting around playing bingo or something. My experience was good. The staff was very thorough and very complete. They offered additional assistance as far as when having to move, they have connections with various realtors and offered the different specials that they would have from time to time, as far as the prices of the rooms, and so forth. We liked Red Rock Pointe Retirement Community, but we are not yet ready to move at this point. Nevertheless, at Red Rock, we felt very accepted. It felt very warm. When we walked in it felt like family. They had a great staff. They have a travel program, which is awesome. That travel program was high on our list. They have a good activities director.
