Regency is the highest rated place in this area for elderly care. Mom is happy there and is far more socially active and engaged than she was at home. I feel very good about where she is.

Moved both parents in last week. After paying $7000 entrance fee, they have done NOTHING to show them around the facility, explain meal times, talk to them about where to get help. TV boxes in both rooms were faulty and still havent been fixed. My dads shower doesnt work. ZERO attention once they got the money.
