I visited Regency Crest. They were very nice, but that is what sort of made us boil down to independent living. They offer other amenities for their residents, and it appears to me that a lot of residents know each other. I am not really interested in the retirement aspect or the thing of socializing with other folks. I like the area where it is. One crazy thing about it is that they have long hallways. My tour of the independent living community of Regency Crest was good. The tour person was friendly and knowledgeable. She told me about everything they had going on. She gave me a tour of the facility and gave me a packet of what they offer. It was a much more modern place than the others I've seen, and it was clean and well-kept. The apartment layout was a little bit different, and they had carpet on the floor. They also had a studio apartment that had a balcony. The other apartments did not have it. They ha…

I visited the independent living community of Regency Crest in Ellicott City. Each unit had a washer and dryer, a sit-down shower, and grab bars near the toilet and shower, which is a good thing. Even though I'm not totally disabled, I do have arthritis, and I walk with a cane, so those are good things to have. I like the fact that they have outside facilities with a patio area. They had two grills and two ponds with goldfish. On the other side, near the gazebo, they had ducks, and it was very nice. They had e…

We are grateful

We really enjoy living at the Regency. The office manager, and staff are wonderful and caring. They have activities and they're well attended. The maintenance staff is very prompt with any apartment issues. We love the size of our apartment and love the area of Ellicott City. We are able to cook in our apartment, but we appreciate when there is food served in our Great Room area for special occasions.

I visited this facility

I toured Regency Crest. I loved everything about it except the price. I couldn't afford it, but everything else was beautiful. I would love to live there, but it was out of my price range. They had the social room, exercise room, and indoor pool. It's very roomy and spacious. I think almost everything was included in it. They had a little courtyard where you could sit, and it was close to shopping areas. It was very clean, and everything was really nice.

Great place to live. Very positive environment.

Staff is always very courteous and helpful. Every time I see others from the apartment they are always have happy greetings. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher are so convenient. There is even front door garbage pickup if needed. I have a one bedroom just for myself and that works out fine.
