Food and how its managed needs lots of change. Maintenance is few and far between. Activities dept is overwhelmed and flounders. Its very old and things u pay for can be out of commission. I'm in independent and talking to assisted folks care there leaves a lot to be desired.

I knew very little about assisted living and hospice. My research was a crash course; this event happened quickly. [name removed], sales rep, was a sweet heart. She was very helpful with no salesperson pressure, just honest informative facts about the community. I’ve been very happy with my experience here. Like many older properties, there are some structural and maintenance challenges, and unfortunately, we haven’t been able to use the pool for about a year. The pool situation has definitely been disappointing, especially because the ventilation equipment is very old and replacement parts are difficult to find. I live in a one bedroom with den independent cottage. Great space for me. Cleaning service weekly which are included in my rent. Restaurant style dining, with several options and daily specials. I really like the variety of the food. Staff overall are very nice.
