Elevator Malfunction and lengthy repair

The elevator in 1060 Scott Park Drive was finally fixed after 112 days. Residents' and families' advocacy fell on deaf ears as the company and manager tried band-aid fixes. It took a letter from an attorney and advocacy from the fire department for the company to bring in an out-of-state expert. Individual notes were left on doors on the 2nd and 3rd floors inviting residents to events they could not get to without significant assistance, but that assistance did not come from the company or the manager's insight. NICE APARTMENT. WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. ACTIVITIES ARE OFFERED. NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. I HOPE I CAN STAY HERE A LONG TIME! TRANSPORTATION IS EASY. PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Great Choice

Mom is doing very well here she has settled in nicely. She has wonderful friendly neighbors. Her apartment is good she has washer dryer inside her apartment which is wonderful. The staff is friendly and nice. The community itself does not offer any sort of activities but the residents make their own social hours whether it be doing a potluck on a Sunday night or the ladies looking forward to the mailman coming around and capturing their attention for while and chatting what ever it is they seem to enjoy it.
