PositiveEveryone is very kind and helpful are here. The staff goes above and beyond to see that needs are met. The residents are welcoming and the activities are fun. I especially like the Book Club. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious. The food is exceptional and I especially like the variety offered. I could not be more pleased with my choice of Regency Residence.

I have met a number of residents and find everyone personable, friendly and welcoming both staff and residents. Especially like the variety and quality of meals. Have engaged in a number of activities and plan to do more. Apartment is quiet and a perfect place to relax in. Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend Regency Residence. I have had a personal experience regarding billing that caused me to remove my loved one from the Residence The management is inexperienced and have not been helpful resolving this matter.Take my word there are a lot of unhappy seniors there.

There was just a changeover in administrative staff, so we have not had the opportunity to really get to know them yet. So far, they seem to be on the ball and running things quite efficiently. There has only been one staff member that we had an issue with, but the administrative staff resolved the problem very quickly and efficiently.
