Regency Retirement Village of Huntsville

Initially, I was very pleased with the facility, but then there were many staffing changes. My husband has Alzheimer’s and was in the memory care section of the facility. He lost the ability to feed himself and the staff would not assist. I was actively looking for placement elsewhere and was assured that he would be fed until I could find another facility. An honest establishment that gives great quality care.

Our loved one has not been there long, but our family is having a much better experience at Regency. Everything is going great so far, we were upfront with them about our loved ones health issues, and they assured us they would be able to care for him and they have done just that. They were very honest with our family.

A Nice Place

For the services, they offer the prices are good. The staff is very competent and caring. Weekend staff not as good as weekday staff. The food is lacking. The room sizes and layout of the community are good. They have outdoor space.

TLC for mom

I was very happy with the care that we received here for the time that my mom needed assistance. We liked the staff and the environment of the community. The menu and the activities were very helpful for her while she was here. We would recommend this community for other families.

Very pleased with Regency

My Dad has been at Regency 3 weeks and we are very pleased. The staff has been wonderful to work with. My dad is adjusting well, and as he feels like it, is enjoying some of the activities. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly to my dad, which has been great!

Wonderful Community, Caring for My Mother Well

This is a nice community, and they are caring my mother very well. I know she is safe and receiving great care. The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, and kind. There are nice activities offered for the residents. I've tried some of the food, and the meals are good. They do a good job with keeping the community nice, and well- kept. It has been a good experience. All is well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.
