CriticalMy sister is beginning her journey at this facility. I will be following closely their practices and level of care, happiness, and well being. If things are inadequate and unstaisfactory, the management and Corporate will hear my concerns civilly. Taking hard earned money from people wanting a retirement that meets their needs is most important. These retirees are important vibrant people who contribute to society. Nobody should be getting left behind.

rooms were nice but when i stayed here i noticed that the director and the people in the front office would come in and burry their heads in their offices the guy that was the medical supervisor was a rude jerk i had nothing but problems here of being neglected and when i told them i needed my tray delivered to my room because i was in to much pain to come to the dinning room i was told i would not get a tray so they refused to feed me until they found out i knew my rights then they were forced to bring my tray to …

I lived at Regent of Stow for 8 months and ran for my life leaving my dear friends behind but I couldn't help myself I felt like I was in prison. It's supposed to be assisted living not a nursing home not a memory Care unit but assisted living and because of the others who live there it takes away the independence of those who are in assisted living.
