My husband moved in [date removed] and he died [date removed]. They charged me through [date removed] when I had his furniture moved out. Even though I had his furniture moved out before 5 pm on the [date removed], they charged me for the whole day. I found his hearing aids on the floor behind the dresser. My husband had IBS. It was 11 days before I was told he had not had a bowel movement. I called licensing. It was substantiated they had not given him his IBS meds. The owner said I refused to let them give him…

This review is for the Renown Care located at 7010 Jackson Dr., San Diego, CA 92119: This location was recommended by a friend whose father stayed there. I am so glad she told me about them because I couldn't be happier. I moved my mom there 2 weeks ago and she has settled in nicely and they take wonderful care of her. She needs assistance with everything and that is not a problem at all.
