Apts. are very small, limited storage, and all installed appliances are cheap GE brand that break down often. Maintenance is spotty, not responsive at all, very poor communication, management not available (many meetings and days off) and access to talk to Seattle-based property managers (Indigo Real Estate) about ongoing safety and cleanliness issues is extremely difficult. Office staff are not competent (not organized and confusing information given to residents about lease renewals, not enough notice to resident…

The Reserve at Lacey has many activities for my mother. Some of the residents I met were very nice, too. I like that place very much. I got a better feeling from it. It was more cost-effective, and it was cheaper, too. I also like the apartment better because my mother was going to be able to get one on the first floor of the first building. The bathrooms in common areas are all locked except for 1. The hot tub is a swamp, and has been closed for months. The pool chemicals are not right. They are throwing out the books in the " library" The management doesn't plan activities, only the residents. We have to leave drivers licence to post anything because it's locked. The Common area TVs and Internet was down for 4 days, because the bill wasn't paid. Cigarette and marijuana smoke is rampant. The staff treats us with little respect…

The rooms are nice, We've had some problems with squeaking dryers, fuses blowing. There are no planned activities by the staff, only by the residents. There is air conditioning only in the office, and bottom floor common rooms. This facility inside is secure, but it is not gated in the parking lot. There is no dog park. The lease states that your dog may not urinate or poop anywhere on the property. But the barked planters at the back parking lot has a waste can and poop bags. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am…

I went to Reserve at Lacey, and I visited that place. They have everything there. I would say the living atmosphere is pretty good. I only met one staff member, and she was very nice. They have a pool, a dog park, shuffleboard, and stuff like that. They have all kinds of little things. They have a reading room and an activity room. They have a lot of stuff.
