CriticalThe rooms are great here and care staff are overall very good. The food is another matter. The cook's are not qualified to boil water. The food is consistently undercooked. The food tastes horrible. The person in charge of the kitchen doesn't care how many complaints there is and nothing is done to do better.

CriticalMy tour at The Retreat at Harbor Cove was more spontaneous. They wanted to go over paperwork first before they would show you the room, then we started talking, and they said that they were going to split my parents. They said they were 8 x 10 rooms and all they had was a bed and a closet in the room. They could have a chair if they wanted to, but there were no facilities, no self-serving sink, or anything like that.
