[name removed] and staff were very helpful I was shown rooms, learned about the meals , and met the staff and what to anticipate when I moved in. She was very informative and encouraging about become a resident It is clean, staff helpful. I am very happy here. And the residence who live here are very happy.

Excellent Facility with a professional staff. Up-front fee too high for my budget.

My Experience

Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a 24 hour Concierge so there is always someone you can contact. This is independent living but one can get physical therapy and other type serves that are associated with Revel Rancharrah. Food is excellent and the menus provide many choices. You can also substitute different vegetables on a specific plate offering. Cleanness - they clean your apartment once a week and there is always someone going around the facility clean public areas. Living Your Fullest

My husband and I have been at Revel coming up on 3 years. It is well run with thoughts of serving their clients. Revel is only 6 years old and maintenance is primary … it always looks new. Our Ovation carpet was recently replaced to keep it looking fresh. The food is more like a quality restaurant with lots of diversity and 3 meals a day. Our servers WANT to be here. The activities are numerous with lots of events planned monthly around a theme. We have a choir made up of 24 residents which practice 2 times a week …

A few disappointments

The barbecue is at the north end of the building. I live at the south end of the building. By the time I finish barbecuing at the north end of the building and get to my apartment on the south end of the building on the third floor, my food is cold. I suggest that you install a barbecue on the south end of the building area. The motion detector light switches are no longer operable. And I was told that they cannot replace them. Heaven in earth

Revel Rancharrah is a beautiful facility full of loving staff and residents. We came with trepidation and quickly realized this was the answer to our prayers. We arise each day looking forward to seeing friends and engaging in fun and challenging activities. Alone in our house we were becoming recluses. Living at Revel has changed our outlook and our capabilities. This new chapter in our lives is a blessing indeed.
