Critical

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. I didn't really like the feel of this one overall. It felt a bit cold and clinical, more like a nursing home than a "community". It looked like they would be able to provide for my loved one's needs just fine, but I didn't think my loved one would have been comfortable here.
