If you are considering Rivermont for a loved one, I encourage you to ask detailed questions during your tour: Ask how old the building and the windows are, and look for signs of condensation on the windows, which may indicate poor insulation and potential moisture issues. Check whether the bathroom hot water is consistently hot. See if the bathroom has an exhaust fan for ventilation after showers. PositiveWe went for a tour and were hosted by [name removed]. She walked us through the facility and gave us a number of things to think about including staff sizing, laundry approach, food services etc. the facility was small which means better staff coverage. The suites were smaller but cozy.
