Overall, this was a good first impression. Since this is her third assisted living facility, I’m comparing it to the other places she has been, and so far, we have enjoyed this one the most. No facility can provide everything, but for what it does offer, we feel it is doing a good job. The apartment size is great, and we have had no problems with the setup. The staff that interacted with my Aunt were mostly pleasant and helpful. Management were less available but still responsive to any questions. The facility was mostly clean. I can't comment on the food because my Aunt didn't eat much while she was there. Her room was a studio. The bathroom and kitchenette were both nice. I think it were more positives than negatives. My Aunt was extremely weak while there. I couldn't comment on the social activities. She couldn't participate in anything. The nurses and staff would …

They have kept me well informed about how my mom is doing, which gives me peace of mind since I’m in Texas and she is in Delaware. The staff is always helpful and responsive whenever I call with questions. My mom says that everyone treats her well, and she enjoys the food. Overall, I appreciate the care and communication they provide.

PositiveLoved Rockland Place and I am considering this for my mom. The tour was wonderful and everyone was over the top friendly and supportive. It would definitely be a great fit for mom. Love the atmosphere and the activity schedule was great. Everyone we met was knowledgeable and friendly.
