PositiveI love living here and with the comment below , if you don't like then leave. No one is holding here. We are grateful for everything The Russell House does for us. The staff here are grate. They do anything for you. So Im sorry your unhappy, but me and others are very happy.

CriticalDisgusting place to live. Don't let the lobby fool you. Apartments are horrible with little, disgusting bathrooms and tiny kitchens. Should have tile floors instead of cheap carpeting and the maintenance boss is a horror - all talk and fixes nothing. Management needs needs an attitude change. All-in-all, would never recommend this place to anyone and very sorry I moved here. One thing though - manager and owner do show some generosity - they throw in the roaches and waterbugs at no charge! Ugh! They have got to cle…
