So far I have a very favorable experience with all the staff, from the Director, Business Manager, LPN and CNA's. The facility is kept cleaned and the staff has been very accommodating to my family. My father enjoys the staff and has adjusted nicely to his new normal. The staff interact with the residents with care and concern so at this time I glad I kept searching for the right community for my father. So far so good!!!

Our family's experience

It's a nice facility. They are attentive but I wish they would help her more in putting her cleaned clothes away immediately. They are responsive in my inquiries and call me anytime they need to inform me of any concerns or incidents.

Staff is ghetto and unprofessional. The place looks outdated. The turn around for employees is a revolving door

I visited this facility

I visited Saint Francis - Manchester. I like the friendly, professional staff, the place was clean, the activities they provide, and the care, like if you need assistance with bathing or if you need assistance getting to the dining hall, get your meals, that sort of thing. Everything was clean, there were no odors, no trash, and the rooms were kept up and clean. The residents looked like they were well cared for. The furniture was appropriate and in good condition.

Staff is very polite, attentive, happy, and respectful. Facility is well kept and clean though it could use a bit of updating.
