Salishan Gracious Retirement Living

We had a great experience on our tour! The staff and residents were so friendly. All of our questions were fully answered. We felt very welcomed. The facility was neat and extremely inviting. Every staff member we encountered took the time to welcome us, acknowledge us and answer our questions. Thank you!

I toured Salishan Gracious Retirement Living. I liked everything about it. It was good, but they're expensive. I went for lunch and dinner. The only thing is that breakfast was too early for me. You have to be there at 8:00 or 8:30, and that was the only problem, but everything was fine.

I toured Salishan Gracious Retirement Living. It was very, very good. We had food there, and that was excellent. The chef was nice. The place is clean, and they wanted to offer me a promotion, but I wasn't ready to do it yet. The rooms were very nice. They do a lot of activities, and they have a pool.

My mother-in-law really likes it. My aunt complains that the food is salty. Apparently the dining room is going to be without air conditioning for up to four months so that's an inconvenience.

We toured Salishan Gracious Retirement Living, and it was good. We had lunch with some of the residents, and we enjoyed that tour. The staff members were all very helpful, and the manager helped to serve their lunch. They had a nice welcome package with all the information, and he was helpful. The food was bland, and that was something I would expect, but it was good. They had a nice variety of salads, Jell-O, and bread. I like that they had different themes for the different weeks. They were doing Greece and Italy…

Good place but food is an issue

My mom has lived there for a couple of years now and her only real complaint is about the food. She has told me multiple times that the food is often late and/or cold. It is a nice facility with nice rooms/apartments but mom has told me the food is often 30-40 minutes late. My sister who lives in the area said they try to rotate the tables so the same table isn't always last to be served but it really sounds like they need to hire more people to help serve the food. Our seniors deserve nutritious, tasty, hot foods…
