My grandmother was sent here by [facility removed] for a "rest-bit" for my parents to receive a break because my parents were her 24hr care givers. My grandmother went to the facility by EMS on a Tuesday evening, and within 6 days she declined very quickly. The first day we found her, she was in a soaking wet gown, and her brief was covered in urine and fesses that had dried on the white bed paid. Brown circles all the way around. The smell of urine in the room and fesses lingering with her door shut. They claimed …

I wouldnt let my dog stay at Samaritan Care Center. The staff was delightful and so nice, but the place smelled like a wet basement that had mold. It smelled so bad in there. The place needs a dehumidier. The layout was nice.
