CriticalGoing downhill fast…DON not there for the patients and definitely not there for the fall
Family member has been there for 4 years. Loved it! Mom loved it. New administration, including DON, and facility has lost it’s purpose. Unfortunately, they have made my last memories of my mother bitter. Opposite of what I would think their mission statement embodies. Looking to move a late stage FTD patient because of a toxic living environment is shameful!

My mom moved into Sancerre at Palm Coast. They've got some newer staff, and there are a lot of them. They're super helpful. It was a bit goofy when they were doing paperwork, which kind of put me at ease, because I thought I would look like I didn't know what I was doing, but we all kind of had that going on.
