PositiveWe visited the Seagrass Village of Fleming Island. It's a good location, and the representative who helped us was very clear and knowledgeable. My mother will be moving to their independent living community, and she will be in a 1-bedroom apartment. I saw the dining area, and they have amenities like the swimming pool and the weight room with physical therapists on staff.
★★★★★

PositiveOverall, satisfied with seagrass, however, in memory care, the quality of care depends on the team working that day.
★★★★★
PositiveThere seems to be a lot of staff turnover. When I talked to the gal, she was very helpful and very friendly, and we thought it would be the best fit at the time.
