My husband went in for a month reprieve, after having a stroke 3 months earlier and being hospitalized the whole time. The place looks nice and the AM/PM staff are very good but overnight aides are under trained, disrespectful and dangerous. There were two incidents my husband was left to wfor 12 hours and again for 6 hours on two different days, after repeatedly using his call button for physical h. The PT personnel were wonderful!!! They were very accommodating to my husband's ever-changing abilities. The food was mediocre when we were there. I did a lot of cooking. Which is great with the full kitchen. The menu was basically the same thing served on different days of the week. They have since replaced the head chef. The front desk staff was wonderful! There are a lot of activities, but we were not able to participate, so we did not develop a circle of friends. There was a mass exodus when the current managem…

What we like the most about the community is that the facility and management are great. The nursing staff is lacking in service training and response. Also financial issues and billing are very complex and not what was originally agreed upon.
