Senior Living at The Greens

Warm caring staff

The care services are pretty good quality but the center does seem to be a bit short on staff. The food is a 3 although seems to be better in past two weeks. My mom complained many times in prior months about how much pasta with poor quality sauce was being served. Overall, yes we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall enjoyable

The staff are friendly but it seems they are short staffed or whoever makes the schedule could use a little help. Trash is not emptied daily, let alone twice daily as I was originally told. Food can be good but there is very little variety.

We would definitely rate Senior Living at the Greens a solid 5 stars. They were very easy to work with in getting into our apartment. While we have had significant issues with our Long-Term Care insurance qualifying our residence, The Greens has consistently provided the seemingly endless and changing information that has been required. I cannot recommend this facility, particularly for residents requiring a high level of care. My family member was assessed before admission and placed at a higher care level, which we paid for accordingly. This included assistance with eating, dressing, bathing and getting in and out of bed. The facility did not have enough staff to provide this level of care and my loved one ended up in the hospital due to a fall. A caregiver on staff that day said it was due to being short staffed. We loved this place. Looking for a place for my father, my adult son and I asked if we could move in here ourselves. They seemed very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and the place was really nice.

Touring with[Name Removed] was a phenomenal experience, she was so so happy to answer any and all questions about the facility.
