Our family member has been living at Seven Lakes Memory Care for 6 months. They have provided wonderful around the clock Care. Seven Lakes welcomes outside Care providers for the extra special needs of their residents, ours included. The food services is excellent, very tasty. House keeping is excellent. They keep a full fun activity calendar each month. A van is used to transport residents to off campus activities. My family always feels welcome when we visit. The staff is very caring and work hard to accommodate their clients. The director of nursing is very attentive. Like all these places they need more staff. Some activities are better than others, but they make an effort to having regular outings outside the building which my husband enjoys. It's very expensive.

My mother has been at Seven Lakes for over a year. Her care has been excellent! The staff — from executive director to housekeeping and everyone else — truly cares for each resident. Their medical director, [name removed], was amazing. Extremely communicative and supportive through the whole process. Caregivers were so kind to dad, and to all of us when we visited. They were especially aware and supportive through our hospice time, which made a hard experience a little softer.

When visiting a dear friend at Seven Lakes Memory Care, I was impressed with the cleanliness of her room and, most importantly, the attentiveness of the caregivers, many of whom have been there for years. They always treated her with kindness and dignity. As a side note, the salmon I had for lunch while visiting was delicious! I would highly recommend this community for your loved one.
