CriticalCalled to ask about my mother's meds bc of being over 2 hours late. Was hung up on 3 times. Smarted off to and lied to about staffing was told they were short when in fact they were not, they were just being lazy. Was also on the phone and heard the nurse yell at my mother and disrespect her when she didn't yell or cuss them to ask one simple question. FYI I am also a CNA/CMT so being over 2hours late is uncalled for when the pain meds are scheduled.

CriticalBasic care needs are met as promised however personal interaction is little or none. Most employees seem to not really care about the residents - just there to do their job and nothing more. Very minimal to No activities provided.

CriticalNight staff is absolutely awful!! Hid call button so my grandma couldn’t get to it and when we tied it to her bed, they never came when she pushed it. Complaining to management does absolutely nothing. Day staff I guess is a little better but not much. Not all but most are rude, just sitting on the couch on their phones. And they do this with family there..can’t imagine what they’re like when no one’s watching. In my opinion management/owner way worse because you still take our money (a lot of money) and allow this…

PositiveI went to visit my friend in the rehab to home at the lodge. I was blown away with the spacious facility. The rooms were clean, nursing staff were so attentive, caring, and professional. I have never seen or talked to such caring medical professionals. On to the therapy, all I can saw is 100% best rehab to home gym I have ever seen. The therapy staff are the most caring for their patients I have ever seen. I met with the Therapy Director, [name removed]. He runs the therapy in both buildings at Sherbrooke Village.…

PositiveAfter trying other facilities Sherbrooke is the first place where I have peace of mind having my family member live here. Medication and other clinical needs are met quickly; diet restrictions are addressed; clean, cheerful room and shared-spaces; fantastic activities; good communication with nurse; everything promised by marketing staff member and nurse has been delivered.

CriticalMy brother is in Ascension Living Sherbrooke Village. What I like best is it was less than a mile from his house, so he was happy, he was so close to home. I very rarely interact with the staff. He says the food is OK. He sounded less enthused about it than he did about the food at the other place, but it was still OK. His room is OK. He has an even better view of the outside because he's at the end of a corridor and there are deer around. The grounds there back up to a walking trail and some wooded areas. I f…
