CriticalConcerns about cleanliness are met with excuses. The staff is peasant, but the facility is understaffed for the amount of care these residents are paying for, need, and deserve. Instead of making sure concerns are met with prompt, precise responses that take action to correct the problems, excuses are made, and blame is paced elsewhere. Very disappointed. Residents deserve better.

My dad was only there seven days and was not taken care of. We finally called an ambulance on the seventh day because his blood sugar was at 30. I would not recommend anyone's family staying in the memory care unit at Southview. They said he would have a nurse to aids and a med tech he had two aids only.

Menu not compatible with diabetes or heart issues. Often short of help in kitchen. Activity director delivering meals as we speak. Housekeeping& laundry good. Been here 20 minutes. Order still not taken. Couple who came in much after me just got order taken. Thinking of leaving & just having an Ensure. Often my lunch.
