PositiveI toured Signature Senior Living. I have made that appointment for a certain time. I turned up, and I don't think they were ready for the tour because of all sorts of things. I had to wait for an hour. It was something that put me off because I had other appointments that day. The coordinator was wonderful. Once we sat down to speak about the facility, the logistics, and all the things, he was very good and so was the other person who took me on the tour. She was excellent. I was impressed with the facility. I…

CriticalWent to visit a family member and there was 3 ladies who shouldn't work there, they where loud and also was cursing, their names was [name removed] not sure what her last name was but moving on to [name removed] she was very loud and screaming making my mother very uncomfortable, and the last lady [name removed] who was also a bully when I was there, These 3 ladies aren't professional and they shouldn't be working there

CriticalI went to look at Signature Senior Living. I requested a single room, but they only have double occupancy. They did offer the proper medical care. They showed me the cafeteria. It was very clean. They have a courtyard.

PositiveI went to Signature Senior Living. The lady who gave me the tour was very nice. She's very positive, very easy to talk to, and very informative. She let me know what was going on, let me know what they were doing for that day's event; it was having a cookout. She showed me the rooms. I saw how they were laid out and it was very good. She's very on point. They serve meals three times a day. On certain days they do your laundry. I imagine you put it in a bin and the laundry bin is labeled with your bed…

CriticalSignature Senior Living had a lot to offer. It's just that the facility seemed very crowded. We had an appointment and they weren't there, so they didn't seem to be too responsible with their commitment. I just saw a room. The staff was very helpful, but they didn't know about the appointment. We had to wait about 40 minutes before someone toured us. They didn't have a room ready for us to see, but they were friendly and nice. They were under renovation, so there was a lot of stuff taped of…

CriticalThe nursing staff, orderlies and attendants were great. They were very friendly toward my father. The administration was horrible. There was no communication. If you tried to reach them, they would not get back to you for days. My father fell and got hurt and they failed to notify me. I also felt like the employees could not get their work done because of the administration.
