★★★★★
PositiveI had a great time. [name removed] was agreat tour guide. The staff was friendly and the clients too. The faclity was nice and clean. The view behind King Plaza is beautiful.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are amazing. I know there's a lot of work always to be done, so if there is a room need (e.g., fixing shower head or bathroom light motion sensor), it may just take time for it to be fixed. But resident support, care, and encouragement - all outstanding
★★★★★
PositiveThings get done after Mom or I call the people in charge. Mom says most of the daily activities get boring. She loves special activities for holidays. Music concerts are great. The staff cares. Sometimes things happen beyond their control. Late to dispense medications. Late to do laundry. We are happy with the renovations.
★★★★★
CriticalLooks lovely from the outside, but once you get a closer look all it not what it seems. Understaffed and rundown parts of private rooms.
★★★★★
CriticalThe amount of feces I had to clean up on my own is like a sick joke. The bathroom smelled of urine and was broken down, the resident was never dressed, there was always feces somewhere in the room - the floor, the rug, clothes, handles, ect. There are too many issues to mention, and the memory care section is a complete joke. Employees are quitting left and right. Save yourself from this location. Although it is in a great area, the staff leaves much to be desired.
★★★★★
PositiveI am very happy with the staff here. They take very good care of my mother in law. Very involved. Very informative. Constant communication. Place is wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone I know
