My father was a Memory Care resident at Silvergate, Fallbrook for 2 and a half years. He had such a wonderful time there! The staff is fabulous, very attentive, caring, and professional. They are truly caring, fun, with very loving personalities. Activities are very engaging for all. My Dad especially loved the scenic drives, live entertainment, bingo, puzzles, arts & crafts, karaoke and so much more. The food is great! i visited Silvergate in Fallbrook a few times before i made the reccomendation to my mother . The facility , grounds , food , and mostly notably the caring staff is absolutely impressive. The staff is spectacular , sincere and so caring . The rrsudents are happy and its very evident . So thankful i found this place for my precious Mother . She is adjusting well and has truly improved in all aspects of her life . Highly reccomend . Ive seen many other places . This is the best place by far .

My mom has lived at Silvergate nearly 4 years now. She has received excellent care for her multiple medical problems and is still thriving there well into her 90's. The medical team keeps a close watch over her and stays in contact with her doctors, pharmacies, and with her family for any issues that arise. Our mom has been at Silvergate for a year and a half. It is such a relief to our family to know she is in a place where she is well cared for 24/7. She loves the community and the people that she has met there and feels very well cared for. There are lots of activities that she takes part in such as bingo and happy hours and they are constantly having people come in to sing or play music, which she loves.
