Staff is extremely helpful, guests are very friendly, grounds are well kept, building is very clean. I would recommend to others.

My husband and I had a most satisfying and informative visit. The gentleman showing us around and sharing thoughts and information was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions in a kind and thorough way. We had lunch there which was satisfying. There were a number of choices for food. The time was informative and most enjoyable.

Southern Pines Gracious Retirement Living was independent living only. That's our problem with it. We did a tour of it, and it was a fantastic facility. The staff members were very friendly and very helpful. The apartments are large. I wish they were offering assisted living. They showed us two apartments, the movie room, the gym, and things like that. It was also a reasonable cost.

Both [name removed] and I are very pleased with our choice of assisted living We have aground floor apt as we have a dog to care for the residents are. Our two bedrooms are a good size with ample closet space What really sold us was that we could bring our dog that we have had for thirteen years.

We toured the independent living community of Southern Pines Gracious Retirement Living. You walk in the door, and it is very modernized, very clean looking, and there is a fresh smell. It was lovely and decorated for the fall, so it had pumpkins and all kinds of fall decorations in the foyer area. The dining room was to the right when you walked in and was very clean-looking. We went to Southern Pines Gracious Retirement Living and toured it. For the two-bedroom unit, it's nearly $6000, and that's not in our price range. We really like it, and so we're trying to figure out how to squeeze pennies out of lemonade, but that's just too pricey. The property where it is located is very, very nice.
